Getting familiar with the surrounding of company
A: How long does it take to get to downtown from here?
B: It's fifteen minutes' drive.
A: What companies do we have in our neighborhood?
B: Mitsubishi, HP, IBM and many other famous corporations.
A: Does the seventh floor belong to our company too?
B: Yes. Our company has two floors-the sixth and seventh floor in this building.
A: It's such a large firm. Do we have our own staff restaurant?
B: Yes, at the end of the hall.

A: We require all our employees to arrive for work on time and we insist that they keep their lunch hours to a reasonable length.
B: I understand. That seems easy to follow.
A: Employees' character is very important to us. We expect everyone here to be industrious, cooperative, honest and open-minded.
B: No problem.
A: We also try to do the best we can for our employees. We feel obligated to provide a safe working environment, and we make every effort to listen to our employees' concerns.
B: That's very admirable. That's also one of the reasons I want to work here.
A: But, you know, success is not gained through blind luck.You have to work hard for it. All right, let’s go to see your colleagues, and I believe you can be friends soon.
