【用法解释】

    1)在英美等国家的服务业中流行付小费(tips)，以表示对服务人员劳动的承认和尊重。例如，坐出租车时一般要给司机小费，小费的多少由乘客自己决定，大约是车费总数的10%到20%。

    2) How long does it take to get there? 到那儿要花多长时间?It takes some time to do sth.是用来表示做某事要花多少时间的句型。例如:It took me three days to finish this book.我花了三天时间读完了这本书。

    3) How much is the fare?车费多少钱?fare作“车费”解，我们还可以问How much is the ticket? How much…用来引导询问价格的问句，例如:Flow much is this shirt?这件衬衫多少钱?How much are these apples?这些苹果多少钱?
