【基本句型】
    1) Hello. May I speak to Mary, please?喂，我可以和玛丽说话吗?

    2) Hello. Is Mary in?喂，玛丽在家吗?

    3) Hello, Mary. Is that you?喂，玛丽，是你吗?

    4) This is John (speaking).我是约翰。

    5) Just a minute, please.请等一下。

    6) Can I take a message for you?我能给你捎个口信吗?

【用法解释】
    1) Hello!(喂!)是接电话时最普通的用语。公司、商行、宾馆等单位的工作人员接电话时，通常要先自报家门。
如:Hello,Jin ling Hotel.(你好，金陵饭店。)

    2) May I speak to Mary, please?=I'd like to speak to Mary, please.(我想同玛丽说话。)

    3)It's for you.(你的电话。)有时还可说Mary, you are wanted on the phone.(玛丽，你的电话。)

    4) This is…(speaking)我是……不能说成 I'm…这不属于电话用语。

    5)其他电话用语:
    Hold /Hang on,please.请不要挂上电话。

    I'm afraid you have the wrong number.抱歉，你拨错电话号码了。

    Well, thanks for calling.谢谢你的电话。

    Please call two one five three zero double six.请打电话21530660。

    I'd like to make a collect call toNew York.我想打一个对方付款电话到纽约。
