  我拨720-3886，但线路好象出问题了。

●I've been trying to get 312-7889, but I can't get through.
  我一直都在拨312-7889，但就是拨不通。

●I'm calling from 4628-4337. I'm afraid I've been cut off.
  我是4628-4337，我的电话突然断了。

●I'm calling from 913-5884. The line's dead.
  我是913-5884，我的电话断了。

●I was speaking to 319-7764, but there's terrible inter-ference on the line.
  我在跟319-7764通话，但线路干扰太大了。

●I've been trying to get 325-7724, but the number's busy all the time.
  我一直在拨325-724，但总占线。

(五)向受话人解释线路不畅

●I'm sorry it's a bad line. Can you speak a bit louder?
