教学难点 会用现在进行时描述场景。

Step1:Lead-in

设计思路:用小猪佩奇过生日的视频导入意在引起学生学习英语的兴趣。
Step2.Present
 1).Teach new words 
Use a story and some pictures to teach new words. students read after the teacher,
 Then,remember one minute
设计思路:为学生创设语境,词不离句,先感知,后跟读,然后当记会,为阅读扫除障碍。
2)Teach new phases and structures  
Use some pictures to teach new phases and train the sentences.

Step3. Listening
Today is grandma’s birthday. What are Jenny’s family doing? Listen the passage and get the information. And then match the people with the actions. Ask three students to answer.
设计思路:通过听力连线的方式感知本文的主要内容,从而提高听力能力。
Step4. Reading
 Read and answer the questions.
1.What is Jenny’s family doing?
2. Where is the party?
3. Who is Jenny’s grandmother dancing with?
  Ask three students to answer.
设计思路:默读课文并根据问题在课文中找答案,捕捉信息,目的时提高学生的阅读理解能力。
Step5.Language points
1.It's at my grandma and grandpa's house.
grandma and grandpa's 是名词的所有格,表示爷爷和奶奶共有的。
这是莉莉和玛丽共有的房间。

2.总结现在进行时的用法

总结得出现在进行时的构成: 
肯定句be(am,is ,are)+ving

设计思路:通过小组合作找出现在进行时的句子并总结用法,意在锻炼学生思考问题、合作探究的能力,发挥学生的主观能动性。

Play games(抽红包)
1)Choose the correct answerse(精选中考题型,渗透中考)
2)Fill in the blanks 
3)Pair work(make a short dialogue)

通过对话练习熟练掌握现在进行时的用法
设计思路:利用现在流行的抽红包的游戏进行练习,既增加了英语课堂的趣味性,又让他们在不知不觉中学到了知识,让学生们在学中玩,玩中学。

After practicing the dialogue to master the expressions, then write a short passage. At last, present it to the class.
设计思路:通过听说练习,掌握用法后进行写作。
