【教学过程】
Step 1．温故知新
Check some words and phrases.
Step 2．激情导入
Lead in
Let the students on duty reports the weather to the class. The others listen and decide it is right or wrong.
Step 3．新课学习
Ⅰ．Showing the Teaching Aims on the blackboard and asking students to read them together.
1．Remembering some new words and phrases of lesson 2 work in group.
2．Talking about seasons.
3．Understanding the dialogue meaning.
Ⅱ．Listen to the tape and answer the following questions:
1．T: What's the date today?

2．T: How many ways can you write dates?
S:
3．T: How many hours of daylight are there on March 21st?

4．What is spring weather like?
S:
5．T: What is the temperature of the air near lighting?

Ⅲ．Read the text and check the answers.
